また、イケメン系男優でいえば南桂也というジャニーズ系のイケメン男優が98年に登場し、かなり活躍しました。女優から逆オファーされることもあったと聞きます。美形女優のデビュー作の相手も大抵は南さんでしたから。南さんだから顔射や口内発射OKみたいな女優もいたようなので、その意味では功績は大きいですね。小向美奈子とも絡んでいました。
